DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Dark Side Of The Moon.  Early UK press with A3/B3 matrix, "The Gramophone" text, original white inner sleeve, stickered gate fold sleeve and one poster. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. Overseas postage cost includes tracking and a cruciform or box mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 804: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973.  COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/VG. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen. Some hairlines and brushing lines prevent better visual grade.  Played majority of this, including all of side 1, on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Has some background sound in run in to "Breathe" (as usual) and in a few other quiet passages. The louder, fuller passages play pretty clean and clear. This pressing has a really nice vibrant aound. Cover is in nice shape. It is firm and square and has only light light edge wear,  corner wear and creasing. The inside of the gate fold is also very clean but has 2 pieces of cellotape stuck near each bottom corner, hence low grade. They will tear the print if you try to take them off.  Poster has moderate to heavy wear and has been hung on a wall at some point. Still its definitely an original with the relatively dull matt print, not highly glossy like the later presses. White inner is also VG at best with moderate wear but again original. Clean labels- check out the photos.  No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER FLOYD/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
