MINT/NM never used unless sealed as to me that is the only way an item can be mint, and near mint i never understand , its either mint or its not so ex+ is my highest grade
EX+  will look barely or possibly unplayed , cover will be superb
EX  will only have the lightest of marks on it but not many,should play great , cover may have the slightest of wear
VG++  like the ex grade but may have a couple more light marks but nothing serious,should play great,cover may have wear but still not much
VG+  may have light and very light marks,nothing serious and should not effect play,cover may have some edge/spine wear / rubbing , no tears or splits
VG  will have quite a few light/very light marks,nothing serious and should play fine with only some light surface noise possible , will have edgewear/spinewear etc
GOOD i will always give a full description of how this will play and sound, usually will only list thus grade if of higher value
NONE OF THE ABOVE SHOULD HAVE ANYTHING THAT WILL SKIP JUMP OR STICK , SOME MAY HAVE SOME INEVITABLE LIGHT SURFACE NOISE IN QUIET SPELLS/BETWEEN TRACKS BUT NOTHING THAT WOULD OVERPOWER THE MUSIC
