Visually graded condition of disc: Near Mint minus  
(Never played. Has a number of paper scuffs from the inner sleeves - these do not affect play. Custom white labels)


Condition of sleeve: Medium shelf wear. Back looks fine, front piece of gatefold has wear spots/dings in all four corners from 40 years of storage. Some small creases along spine and bottom. Gold promo stamp on back. Gatefold sleeve. Includes track listing/cast inner sleeves, one shown in photo#3. Both inners have splits on both sides and one has a split on the bottom - common for non-sealed promos.

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades.
Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
