Strong gloss on both sides, looks really clean. Apart from a few really faint and wispy sleeve removal hairlines the vinyl is in near pristine condition. 

SLEEVE: EX

 Non-laminated gatefold sleeve is crips and clean with no rips or seam splits. Nice straight edges and minimal signs of wear. Some minor edge/corner wear but nothing to worry about. Both inserts are NM

LABELS: EX

Clean labels with minimal signs of wear. No rips or writing.  A few faint spindle lines.
