OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.
We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
Thank you for your interest and support.

FANTASTIC FINAL COLLECTION COPY IN SHRINK WRAPPER MINT 1970 2xLP FIRST PRINTING
JOE COCKER MAD DOGS AND ENGLISHMEN USA - olive green A&M RECORDS - SP 6002 TOP COPY BEAUTIFUL MINT ARCHIVE COPY! THEE Original 1970 first pressing vinyl of the legendary 2-LP set STILL IN ORIGINAL FACTORY SHRINK WRAPPER with RARE JOE COCKER STICKER ON OUTSIDE OF THE CELLOPHANE Joe Cocker's travelling circus, otherwise known as "Mad Dogs & Englishmen", played the Fillmore East (which is where one once went to assure a great live album) in March, 1972. The rambling, raucous revue included a choir, a few drummers, a terrific backing section, Leon Russell, Rita Coolidge, Don Preston, Carl Radle, Jim Gordon, and a host of other rock luminaries and top-flight studio performers. Oh yes, and the gravel and grit, drunken wit vocals of Joe Cocker. Cocker has re-invented more songs to suit his distinctive style than Thomas Edison had patents, and no where is this more evident than on 'Mad Dogs & Englishmen'. The list of rousing renditions is astounding: "Honky Tonk Woman", "Bird on the Wire", "Feelin' Alright", "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window", "Delta Lady", et cetera, ad infinitum. Leon Russell must be given his due as a great arranger for live performances. All topped by a rousing raw take on "The Letter" which blows away the Box Tops hit of the sixties...One of the first classic post-Woodstock albums, MAD DOGS AND ENGLISHMEN was recorded at precisely the moment that Cocker and his bandleader Leon Russell found themselves, however briefly, at the epicenter of the rock & roll universe. The big hits here--the juiced-up version of Traffic's "Feelin' Alright," the raucous revamp of the Box Tops "The Letter"--have been timeless for years, and remain as potent as ever. CONDITION: The cover: The gatefold copy is MINT in factory shrink wrapper w/ rare Joe Cocker sticker ...a BEAUTIFUL COPY with collectible appearance. No split seams, no bends, no writing ... The vinyl: both records (all 4 sides) are MINT clean and play very enjoyable with NO surface noise ... all 4 labels are clean
keeper! A GREAT ADDITION TO ANYONE'S COLLECTION ! SEE: SELLERS OTher items for similar cool sounds for "head" people... EFFICIENT/CAREFUL GRADING All imperfections are noted both cover & record
Some of the less familiar tracks are equally rewarding though, particularly the Cocker/Russell duet on Dylan's "Girl From the North Country" (with the composer in attendance), and the obscure raver "Sticks and Stones." This one shot ensemble (including veteran British musicians and the cream of then current L.A. sessioneers) was a great band, however unwieldy (twenty-one members!) and we're lucky to have this document of its only tour.
