Original UK Clear Vinyl 12" in custom Individually numbered PVC Sleeve, with colour backing card.
Disc is in Excellent condition, with a beautiful shine, though note that it does suffer light surface clouding where the record has reacted with the sleeve (as is normal for these). Sleeve is Excellent, showing only the most minor signs of any use, but does suffer seam splits as is the norm for this disc. Numbered sticker is intact, but suffers light rub wear
