HOLY GRAIL TIME! Here you have the original test pressing from 1976 of this legendary LP by swedish group Solid Ground. One of, if not THE rarest and most in-demand heavy swedish albums of all time. PULVERIZING, hard rock / metal / prog pummellers throughout with blistering guitar work and powerful production. Have a listen below! The first two soundclips feature short sections from ALL tracks on the album. The second two soundclips includes the FULL A & B SIDES from needle drop to run-out groove. What you hear is exactly what you're going to get.

The actual finalized release of this LP was pressed in just 200 copies and hardly ever turns up for sale. I don't know excatly how many copies this test pressing was made in, but it's very unusual to press more than a handful of a test run. This test pressing has got the exact same machine stamped matrix details as the finalized release. This test pressing comes in a generic white sleeve (with long seam splits and some tears) that has got "Solid Ground" written on it with the same handwriting as on the b-side label. It has also got an old DYMO sticker in one corner that reads "Solid Ground" in braille. The explanation for that is that this LP was found in the collection belonging to a visually impaired record collector who had been the owner of the LP since the 1970s.

I have never seen another copy of this test pressing for sale. It's infinitely rarer than the actual finalized release.
