On January 14, 2013, Kevin launched a to help fund his next two albums. Later that day, it was announced the entire goal amount was raised, and on February 28, when the project finished being funded, the fans of Kevin Devine had pledged $114,805 (USD). Both albums were released in the United States on October 15, 2013 via Devinyl Records/Favorite Gentlemen/Procrastinate! Music Traitors labels. His seventh studio album, Bulldozer, is a solo album, with Rob Schnapf as collaborator and producer of the album. His eighth studio album, Bubblegum, made with the contribution of his backing band , was produced by Jesse Lacey of

On January 27, 2015, Kevin announced Devinyl Splits, a six part split series featuring artists such as , Meridith Graves of , and to be released on Bad Timing Records.Devinyl Splits No. 1: Matthew Caws x Kevin Devine will be released February 24. The remaining five splits will be released every other month in April, June, August, October, December.

Tigers Jaw is an American rock band from , United States. They also released a 7" vinyl, "Spirit Desire", in 2009, on . On March 21, 2013, Tigers Jaw announced that they will be going on hiatus. However, on August 6, 2013, Run for Cover Records posted that the band never officially stated that they were going to break up. The band would still be making music. Since, they have recorded a new album with all of the original members entitled Charmer which was released in June 2014.

Early years and Tigers Jaw (2006–12)

The band's name is a reference to a song by  band . They also have a number of songs whose titles reference songs by the band.

 gave their self-titled album a generally positive review, noting that "Tigers Jaw is fueled by emotionally-driven lyrics brought to life by vocalist Adam McIlwee, whose voice is one of those that reveal passion while at the same time giving the impression that he's barely trying. Aforementioned opener "The Sun" is one of the better tracks on the album, offering up a well-organized mix of Tigers Jaw's two personas." 

Another punk music website, , in their critique of their second eponymous album, felt that the tracks "'Plane vs. Tank vs. Submarine' and 'Chemicals' were particularly notable for "solid guitar work in the form of weeping, goosebump-inducing solos. Strong vocal harmonies and bouncy guitar work carry both "I Saw Water" and "Heat" to heights other bands would have a hard time reaching." 

Charmer (2013–present)

On March 21, 2013, Tigers Jaw made an announcement on their tumblr:

“"After our show in Scranton two weeks ago, Adam, Pat, and Dennis let Ben and I know that for personal reasons they are unable to do Tigers Jaw anymore. This was a surprise for the both of us, but everyone is on good terms, and we respect and support them and their decisions.

A full band Tigers Jaw lineup (consisting of Ben and I with the help of some talented friends) will be doing a full US tour in May–June as well as the UK dates of the previously announced tour with the Menzingers in August. We regret to announce that we will have to cancel the mainland Europe dates. We apologize to the promoters, venues, and anyone who bought tickets.

These are likely to be the last Tigers Jaw tours for the foreseeable future. U.S. tour dates will be announced soon. Thanks.

Many fans interpreted this announcement to mean that the band was breaking up. However, Ben Walsh (vocals, guitar) and Brianna Collins (vocals, keyboards) have since clarified that they will continue doing Tigers Jaw as a two piece. Members of  filled in for former members of Tigers Jaw during their 2013 UK tour.

Tigers Jaw announced their newest studio album, Charmer, on March 21, 2014 along with the single "Nervous Kids". Charmer reached #49 on the Billboard Charts. They played a U.S. tour with Touché Amoré and Dads in Summer 2014. They went on a U.S. tour with Lemuria and Somos in Spring 2015. In May 2015, it was announced that Tigers Jaw would be touring the U.S. with New Found Glory and Yellowcard in the Fall of 2015. In June 2015, the band played in Brazil and performed three acoustic shows in New York, Philadelphia, and Somerville. Tigers Jaw toured Australia in July 2015. Currently, in August 2015, Tigers Jaw is touring in the UK/Europe with Foxing.
