This is an auction for an Original copy of the EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 1958 EP release ELVIS SAILS released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA-4325 dog on top) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition with a few visible marks/scratches.(nothing too deep or drastic)

The centre labels are nice and clean and have NO WRITING(see photos)

This is also the 1st pressing as indicated by the 1s in the trail off.

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $100 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 58 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.(hence the lower starting price)

There are NO RIPS or WRITING.

The only thing that stops this from grading a lot higher is some partial seam splits on all sides and some ringwear/scuff marks.

This is also the ORIGINAL 1958 release with the 1959 calendar on the rear WITH the centre hole punch to make the calendar suitable for hanging. (there were later bootleg covers of this 4325 release which had the calendar on the rear but NO hole punch)

THIS ONE RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE.

This is a really affordable addition to fill any collection!

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $125+(£82 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £85+.

A MINT COPY OF THE RECORD AND SLEEVE WOULD SET YOU BACK $200+(£130+)

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
