This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1956 EP Elvis Presley release HEARTBREAK HOTEL  released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA-821 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks/scratches.(nothing too deep though)

The centre labels are CRISP, CLEAN and  have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is also the RARE issue WITHOUT SILVER LINE!

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is in VERY GOOD+) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 60 years old and has quite a few flaws (hence the lower starting price)

There are NO RIPS, TEARS or WRITING(see photos)

The only things that stop this from grading higher is a complete seam split along the top which has been taped , a partial seam split along the bottom and corner/edge wear(see photos)

That all said this is a nice affordable sleeve until that Mint $95 sleeve comes along!

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $75(£50 approx) .

I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £52.

THIS REALLY IS A QUITE HARD TO FIND TO SLEEVE!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!
