Original mono issue, plum label, deep groove, heavy BLUE COLORED vinyl, not issued with an inner sleeve.

Record is VG+ to EX-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just one barely audible very short very shallow scratch at the end of Side 2 only + plus a few superficial inaudible visual only scuff marks which don't affect play. No skips. No spindle wear. Plays great!!!
Cover is VG/VG-: bottom seam partially split; minor shelf wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
