Catalog # 1358. Wear from age, use and storage. There are creases and edge damage on the cover. The cover does have a slight odor from being stored. I do not have the original inner sleeve but a new replacement will be included. The record has been cleaned with a discwasher. There are scuffs and scratches. The record does not skip. There are pops ands clicks. Ships in a plastic sleeve and record shipper.
