Vinyl Record Grades *
                 
Mint / New / Sealed - Never played .  Still in original sealed plastic.

Near Mint- Record itself looks new, appears that it may never have been played.

VVG    (or NM-) Record itself looks very close to new.  May have very superficial imperfections (light smudging, seen under light angle reflection) not affecting the playing or sound of the record.

VG++   The record may show some slight signs of wear, light scuffs, light smudging, very light scratches, that will have very minor affects to the listening experience. 

VG+   The record will show some slight signs of wear, light scuffs, very light scratches, that may (will) affect the listening experience, especially at low volume times.  There will be no skips. 

VG    Will have obvious signs of wear, lack of original gloss.  Light scratches that will be audible.  Does not skip on my system.

G / Good - Will have scratches or defects that are audible.  Records may be warped.  There could be skipping and /or loud pops.    

All attempts will be made to list other imperfections of the cover such as liquid damage, split seams, tears. missing pieces or other damage in the description.

*I do not listen to all records, many records are graded visually, under bright angled light, don’t hesitate to ask any questions on the grades of vinyl before purchase, including a sample listen.

Payment due immediately at the end of auction or upon invoice.**  When purchasing multiple items that have different auction end times, please communicate to me that you are waiting to purchase another item and want to take advantage of  the shipping discount by combining items for shipping.  All I ask is the other items being bid on, to have been listed at the same time as the item purchased.

** Of course I don’t expect everyone to be able to pay “immediately” but please make every attempt to pay within a day or two.

Shipping

Records are shipped very secure!  When you receive your package it will be in cardboard record box, upon opening you will find protecting cardboard inserts and bubble wrap (or double cardboard) surrounding the album.  The vinyl and record cover will be wrapped together in the center.  The vinyl itself will be separate from the cover to prohibit the vinyl from slicing the seams during shipping.   If the cover is a gatefold cover the vinyl will be inside the gatefold but not in the insert itself, so be careful upon opening.

I ALWAYS do my very best to send out all items at 11 am EST on the next open post office day after item is paid and I accomplish this almost 100% of the time!!   At the very least I check for paid items at 6:30 am EST every morning (if not 5 minutes before I leave for Post Office). 

As you can read in feedback, I am very fast in all my shipping and my packing is secure and safe.

PLEASE ... Request all shipping and combination questions before  Paypal funds are transferred.

^^^when buying more then one LPs a shipping discount will be given, because EBAY (they no longer allow me to combine invoices) will automatically  bill you for the original shipping amount, I will have to refund to your Paypal any difference.  Sorry for the confusion.  Shipping difference will be refunded at time item is shipped, normally within 24 hours of payment made.

         USA - one record $3.99 two records 4.99 three to six (single 12“ records) $6.99 after that 75 cents for each record added.

All 12” records ship MEDIA MAIL unless requested otherwise.

Add $12.00 for any shipment to Canada ($15.99 for one)  All shipments to Canada must wait to be invoiced, if paid before invoice it will be at standard international rate.

Add  $5.00 for priority mail (USA Mainland)  $9.00 for Alaska and Hawaii

Add $9.00 for overnight shipping.  ($14.00 for Alaska and Hawaii)

International shipping $21.99 international 1st class,  ($23.99 for Lps purchased under $5.99)  Double Albums ship internationally for 24.99.  Two single Lps ship for 27.99, three single Lps for 29.99.  After that five dollars for every Lps added.

I have no control over the quality or timing of postal services.  Almost all (99%) items are shipped within 24 hours of payment received.  Any item paid after 10 am EST  Saturday though Sunday evening, will ship Monday morning.  I send a email confirmation, when item was/is sent.

Postal insurance against loss or damage may be added at the buyers request,  please inquire if interested.
