Released on the 17th of April 1964, this album was the first Stones' album on the DECCA label. There have been many pressings of this album in the following years-With the first AND second pressings having the shortened version of MONA. This pressing is the 2nd, with the corrected and longer version of 'I Need You Baby' (Earlier titled: 'Mona')

VG. There are many light marks to her.  However, I have just listened to ALL of it and it just sounds like the Stones at their raw best!...Hand clapping fine!!!

Deep rich bass and clear audio sound reproduction.
There is the occasional background noise-would benefit from a professional clean.
She is lovely and flat-a real beauty to listen to and hear the start of something huge!

The labels VG..Clear and bright, with the luscious deep red colour associated with the first early MONO pressings. They have quite a few light traces of spindle marks, visible when angled to the light-with some very light  hole wear....

THE 2nd PRINTING OF THIS ICONIC COVER.
DOES have the 'Mono' to the back top right corner.
Some discolouration to the back card, as well as a tape marks to the top, bottom and opening
The front has some spidering to the laminate, with the top right corner having some lifting.
NO splits to the seams or spine-tiny nibble two thirds of the way down, but nothing terrible at all.

The Inner EX! It is the ALL ORIGINAL DECCA heavyweight paper inner, with the poly-lining.

Great shape with just some discoloration through age.
Certainly looked after the vinyl all of these years.
VERY RARE IN IT'S OWN RIGHT-ESPECIALLY IN THIS FANTASTIC CONDITION!

All in all this is a lovely, solid copy of The Stones' first album, which in itself is VERY HARD TO FIND...Most of these were taken to wild parties and trashed.
Plays through with SOLID AUDIO REPRODUCTION WITH QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL, WHEN THEY KNEW HOW TO MAKE 'EM!
THE COVER HAS SOME WEAR, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE IMAGES, BUT STILL REMAINS A GREAT COPY AND WITH THE INCREASINGLY RARE ORIGINAL INNER IN SUPERB SHAPE
