KING CRIMSON 'IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING' 1969 STEREO LP ON THE ISLAND RECORDS LABEL ILPS 9111, A/B MATRIX NUMBERS.
The vinyl has a lot of light surface hairlines which cause some crackle and light clicks which can be heard mainly in the quieter passages. Apart from this it sounds great and grades as very good-. There is a small chip on the edge of the vinyl but this isn't big enough to reach the grooves and does not effect play.
The labels are clean with minimal spindle marking.
The gate fold sleeve is solid and intact with light corner bumping. It grades as excellent.
Track Listing Side One: 21ST CENTURY SCHIZOID MAN including MIRRORS, I TALK TO THE WIND, EPITAPH including MARCH FOR NO REASON, AND TOMORROW AND TOMORROW.
Side Two: MOONCHILD including THE DREAM and THE ILLUSION, THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING including THE RETURN OF THE FIRE WITCH AND THE DANCE OF THE PUPPETS.
Records are packed securely with heavy card stiffeners, vinyl is removed from sleeves before packing to avoid seam splitting during transit, the vinyl and sleeves are always sent in polythene sleeves for extra protection against water damage.
