Brooklyn rapper Medhane has been on a rapid rise since breaking through in 2020 with the Cold Water LP. He originally dropped Do The Math as a limited CD-r release, and now it's finally getting a wider issue via this vinyl pressing on Never Panicking. This is modern hip-hop at its finest, riding bold samples like skipping stations on the FM receiver as a widescreen tapestry for Medhane's rolling, confessional flow. Guest spots on the album come from the likes of E L U C I D and Wiki, while production credits go to Onyx Collective, Animoss and Chuck Strangers alongside some of Medhane's own beats.
