An original 2nd issue of ITCOTCK on the UK pink rim Island label from 1971. Matrix 4/4. The heavy set vinyl comes housed an original gatefold cover which still shows the original Island address as 'Basing Street'. Also included is the original inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In great condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is practically non-existent. All we detected was a couple of crackles [literally] in a couple of isolated moments. Astonishing transparency and perfectly clean. A beautiful rendition and mighty impressive.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has clearly been looked after down the years. Nice clean front and back with barely a crease evident. The interior is immaculate. Edge wear is very light and the spine is pretty much entirely intact. Overall the over retains perfect rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) No issues or splits. Light ageing at extremities.
