HISTORY... The untitled fourth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, commonly known as Led Zeppelin IV,[a] was released on 8 November 1971 by Atlantic Records. It was produced by guitarist Jimmy Page and recorded between December 1970 and February 1971, mostly in the country house Headley Grange.

The album was a commercial and critical success and is Led Zeppelin's best-selling album, shipping over 37 million copies worldwide. It is one of the best-selling albums in the US, while critics have regularly placed it highly on lists of the greatest albums of all time. In 2010, Led Zeppelin IV was one of ten classic album covers from British artists commemorated on a UK postage stamp issued by the Royal Mail.

The outer gatefold cover is in nice condition for age, with no splits or tears. Has expected age wear to corners, edges, spine with a couple of line scores.

The vinyl is EXCELLENT +++, It has a lovely glossy sheen to the surface and sits completely flat with no warping. The labels are absolutely beautiful,  with fab spindle holes, they are the saught after plum/orange Atlantic labels which show NO Peter Grant credits, UNCORRECTED 'Mountain Top' which was changed to 'Hop' on later pressings and has the very rare find of having the  INVERTED FEATHER on side two. Has 'Porky' and 'Pecko Duck' to the dead wax. It literally has just two surface lines which are not feelable at all.  EXCELLENT!!!

The Led Zeppelin IV inner sleeve is also present. Has seen better days with splits and damage to the top.

OVERALL A GREAT RARE FIND PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION.
