Artist: Zampogna and Ciaramella
Tracks: Novena di Natale / Pastorale
Tough to go wrong with the giant bagpipe known as the zampogna, and the accompanying reed instrument, the ciaramella. Two tunes likely performed around the holidays - great raw sound, some vocal on "Novena." These were recorded in New York in October of 1916 - musicians are unidentified.
Condition: E / EE- (very light marks, a few more on "Novena" side, otherwise strong sound)
