We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL    UNPLAYED   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the EARLIEST 1st UK pressing -Stored from new this LP has seen NO PLAYS- AND WAS STORED FROM NEW, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. The best example we have seen.

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

No spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever. SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE CENTRE HOLE

There is barely a hint of any whisp lines and thats it-  nothing else!  There are some light dust flecs confirming the LP has been stored in its sleeve for decades..its really quite amazing.

Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE SLEEVE     MINT-  'TIME CAPSULE' LIKE NEW  

Correct  UK LOW GLOSS  FINISH SLEEVE  first issued earliest sleeve with SQUARE SPINE & the gold ink lettering

This is straight out the box from  1981 - incredible condition , we do not auction any sleeves that we deem to have 'wear' so rest assured you are looking at a sleeve of stunning condition..

FINDING A COPY OF THIS SLEEVE THIS GOOD IS PRETTY MUCH IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WAS A TERROR FOR EASY DAMAGE AND RING WEAR, SCUFF ETC..

BUT..NOT THIS ONE!!!!

The edges are all super clean with no traces of rub, at all , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition. This sleeve which is so hard to preserve without wear has clearly been stored away for decades!

No powdery white ringwear or even ring press of any note, and all edges are super crisp.

NO edge rub of any note - amazing!!

The open edge remains in immaculate shaare a couple of tiny tiny light hairliens cracks in the ink on the spine.. as in 99.9% of all sleeves..it is not worth worrying about

a couple of tiny incidental spider lines over the spine edge
