This rare and highly sought-after 4-record set features the legendary Bing Crosby singing selections from Irving Berlin's classic Christmas musical. The records are 78 RPM and are contained in a box set, with a catalog number of A-956. The release year was 1945, during the height of the 1940s music era, and features Joseph Lilley and his orchestra and chorus. The records are made of vinyl and are in excellent playing condition. The packaging is intact, with some wear due to age and use. Only two of the 4 original records are in the set. They are: Bing Crosby singing, "What Can You Do With a General", / "Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep" and Bing Crosby & Danny Kaye singing: "a.) The Old Man and b) Gee, I Wish I was Back in the Army", &"Mandy". This is a must-have for any serious collector of vintage vinyl records and holiday music enthusiasts alike.
