I  purchased  this box set for myself as I’m a lover of vinyl  records. It is new and unopened. This piece was never displayed anywhere. It was set on an IKEA shelf which has  been covered  by  a  drop   cloth to  keep  out  UV  rays.  It  is  in  outstanding  condition. I've provided images of all four corners for your review. 

On the sleeve grading, I never grade sleeves/boxes as mint as you can always find some minor imperfection if you look hard enough. This one is pretty darn close, though. Check the images and judge for yourself.
