This is the rare original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of “Hank Mobley” on New York 23 (Side 2)/West 63rd (Side 1) labels of Blue Note BLP 1568. The playing surface has an exceptional luster throughout; perhaps played once or twice; Side 1 Track 2 has a light mark that is audible for approximately seven tics. The laminated West 63rd cover is bright and clean throughout; six small chips at the upper 3” of the spine.
