PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.   OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no need to open a resolution dispute before working with us.  Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.   Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +21,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support.   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SHIPPING:   USA ~ 1 LP = $4.00 Media Priority rates vary by area; please inquire.   All Canadian and Overseas shipping ~ Please inquire about rates. Very Rare 1969 PARAGON Original  Post "A PASSING FANCY"
..|/\|...............................................|/\|.. ~ GOODY TWO SHOES ~ "Come Together" ..|/\|................................................|/\|.. CANADA - PARAGON - ALS 237 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MEGA RARITY - SELDOM EVER SEEN on the REIGN GHOST PARAGON LABEL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just two years earlier (1969) GOODY TWO SHOES a two man band had both been main members of "A PASSING FANCY" (1967) who had issued their famous $$$ valued only LP.  The cool thing about GOODY TWO SHOES is they replicate the best track on their PASSING FANCY album, "I'm Losing Tonight" killer-rated fuzz-guitar laced garage punk winner, and they  re-record the track with strong energy worthy of GOODY TWO SHOES cost alone. Of course there's the title track, their hip version of the then brand new ('69) BEATLES gem, always a Lennon Beatles fave!  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AND the "FAN-MAN" adds:

Canadian band Goody Two Shoes, "Come Together" on the Paragon label from November 1969. Goody Two Shoes were really Jay Telfer and Fergus Hambleton, both ex-"A Passing Fancy", whose sole album on the Canadian Boo label is worth big bucks. This one's is far harder to find, virtually unknown, primarily because being less garage fuzz psych and more rural late 60's rock, like the Band, whose "Up on Cripple Creek" they cover here. It's really hard to find though, and the rock sound they offer is still really pleasant stuff. Elsewhere, "Slow Down" gets all gritty and funky, with thrashing drums and a growling winds break, while the duo dust off the old fuzz guitar winner "I'm Losing Tonight" (the one you love from their A Passing Fancy LP) a biting slice of West Coast dirty acid psych. Incidentally, their featured cover of the Beatles "Come Together" is pretty straightforward, amazingly so actually, but it's a familiar and comfortable sound, much like the bulk of this infectious album, developing favorable in repeat spins. Like the old pair of sneakers on the cover, something intriguing coerces the listener to repeat playing. Original 1969 pressing on the Canadian Paragon label, one of the rarest on the label that brouht you REIGN GHOST, CHRISTMAS, McKenna Mendelson Blues first & best Lp, and others, including this virtually unknown GOODY TWO SHOES

The cover: rated: "EX" (excellent) the front cover is exceedingly snow white, surprisingly so after 55 years. Has only a delete drill of any concern, or not. The back cover VG+ is the same vivid white bright but detected a light coffee stain (light) at bottom left corner, certainly not a deal breaker, unless want strictly M-  There are no split seams, no bends, and no writing  ... The vinyl: Rated: gonna be safe and rate it "VG" still all glossy but random hairlines here or there which cause some clicks while mostly not with overly audio interference. Both the Paragon  labels are totally clean

A cool addition to anyone's music library!
