Postage & Tracking Information

The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Service.

 We use DPD for larger and items over 2KG sent within the UK.  We use a Track and Signed service for all overseas purchases and items over the value of £40. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant Customs fees and Third Party Couriers.

Our postage rates are to cover the cost of postage, packing materials and handling.

We do combine postage on multiple items purchased, and click & collect service is available from our 
Retail & Trading Office, Bainbridge House, 2 Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1EH. Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm

 Payment via PayPal is preferred prior to collection.
