OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.
We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
Thank you for your interest and support.

MINTY CLEAN TOP COPY STILL IN CELLOPHANE !!! 1968 PHASED AND SWIRLED SWINGING LONDON PSYCH FUZZ NUGGETS!
STATUS QUO
Pictures Of Matchstick Men USA - CADET CONCEPT - LPS 315 - STEREO USA - TOP COPY IN CELLOPHANE WRAPPER = 48 years past -- 100% guaranteed original! NO delete marks ... so rare for this album (most all copies have delete marks) *** 1968 first pressing vinyl of very first Lp by a remarkable psychedelic band Status Quo that has absolutely nothing in common with their later hard 'boogie' guitar sound -- this is 'swinging London' popsych and as great as it gets with a solid swirling phased production. 'Picturesque Matchstickable Messages' is the very first Status Quo album long-player. After hitting the top ten singles charts (#7 in UK, #12 in US) with the title track, they cram in eleven other tunes in a similar mind-expanding style. We've heavy use of phased guitars, and phased vocals too, come to that. Vocals that are unrecognisable from the classic Quo sound of the 70s. Twelve songs and album remains quite charming; 'Spicks And Speeks' is a good example of this early Quo sound. Very much a period piece tied to the late sixties, very much of that era lyrically but still offering a catchy and endearing way with melody. 'Pictures Of Matchstick Men', the first big Quo hit remains the standout cut and reminds this listener of a weird hybrid of Byrds ( circa 1966 ), Beatles ( circa 1967 ) and Barrett era Pink Floyd. The guitar and melody is distinctive and the overall sound faintly sinister. Other favourite picks from this set is 'Green Tambourine', a pop song born of the 'nuggets' era and sounding right at home on any nuggets inspired mix-tape. "Black Veils Of Melencholy" --A direct cousin Of Pictures Of Matchstick with it's overt psychpop swirling grooves, and of course "Technicolour Dreams", brilliant psych-pop nugget of the best kind...A few general comments to close, then? Ah, ok. The heavy use of phased vocals and production tricks and effects makes this album the gem that it is. The rhythm section hint at the future Quo sound in places, with the bass in particular seemingly easily able to adapt itself to a different style and sound. The vocals and lyrics and songwriting in general, are very crafty and creative. If Status Quo had continued with this style and sound for a few more years, we'd all have another two or three collectible first rate gems such as this, but alas, they went into hard blues 'n' boogie, not bad, but their psychedelic pop grooves were perfection of the genre!
