PYLON 4xLP Box Set from New West Records released in 2020. Covers and Vinyl are Near Mint. All records have printed inner sleeve w/lyrics. Box Set includes:

New West Records is proud to present Pylon Box — A comprehensive look at the band that features their studio LPs Gyrate and Chomp, both of which have been remastered from their original tapes, the 11-song collection Extra which includes rarities and 5 previously unreleased studio & live recordings, as well as Razz Tape, Pylon's first-ever recording: a 13-song unreleased session that pre-dates the band's seminal "Cool" b/w "Dub" debut. Pressed on 140 gram colored vinyl. 47 tracks in all w/18 unreleased recordings.

Pylon Box also Includes a hardbound, 200 page full color book AUTOGRAPHED by the three surviving members. Featuring pieces written by the members of R.E.M., Gang of Four, Steve Albini, Corin Tucker & Carrie Brownstein of Sleater-Kinney, Sonic Youth, Interpol, B-52's, Bradford Cox of Deerhunter, Mission of Burma, Calvin Johnson of Beat Happening & K Records, Anthony DeCurtis, Chris Stamey of the dB's, Steve Wynn of the Dream Syndicate and many more. Includes an extensive essay chronicling the band's history with interviews with the surviving members of the band as well as members of R.E.M., B-52's, Gang of Four, Method Actors, and more. It also features never before seen images and artifacts from both the band's personal archives as well as items now housed at the Special Collections Library at the University of Georgia as well as the Georgia Museum of Art, UGA.

Box set has been opened to verify records are on colored vinyl (cellophane still on box w/hype sticker). Vinyl are new and unplayed. Records have been removed from sleeves and placed in MoFi Mobile Fidelity sleeves. Records will be shipped outside of record sleeves to avoid splitting.

Items ship w/delivery confirmation, insurance, and signature confirmation (unless shipping to PO Box).

All sales are final.

1) Payment is due within 4 days of auction end. If payment not made, an unpaid item case will be filed with Ebay.

3) If package listed as delivered and buyer never received it, contact your local Post Office. Also, seller is not responsible if item is delivered and buyer did not make arrangements to secure item (ex: away on business, vacation, etc.).

4) For purposes of this auction, records/sleeves graded "Near Mint" means there are minor imperfections (ex: minor corner dings, creases, splits, etc.), i.e. not a perfect copy. Also a "Brand New" item can still be removed from the packaging. It's brand new whether you or I open it.
