Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Abbey Road 12" 1969 FIRST PRESS MISALIGNED APPLE original UK pressing LP vinyl' in overall VERY GOOD condition!

VINYL:-
Visual:
Side 1 - plenty of hairlines and light scratches but nothing that is deep! Some of them are very lightly feelable but don't really look like they'll cause skips or anything like that. Rated as GOOD+/VERY GOOD-. Label is VERY GOOD+. Side 2 - pretty much the same as Side 1!

Audio:
Audio currently rated as VERY GOOD-! There is one tiny skip near the start of Here Comes The Sun. Aside from this, the album plays great!! There is some background crackle throughout and it can be heard in the quieter passages. A deep clean could help with this situation. It's not overbearing but it is noticeable in certain parts. The actual audio itself is very punchy and has a lovely rich bass tone! I thoroughly enjoyed the listen and didn't find anything overbearing. Lies very flat and plays very well!

The original black die-cut inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition!! Slight creases here and there but NO SPLITS!! Light rubbing to the sides and bottom but nothing serious and still looks great!!

The original 1969 fully laminated MISALIGNED APPLE sleeve is 100% intact and is in VERY GOOD- condition!! The front of the sleeve does have some laminate creasing, creasing and light ringwear. There is also some tape residue along the bottom of the front and rear of the sleeve. I have no idea why this is here as the sleeve is fully intact and I can't really find evidence of a past repair. The tape residue is very slightly sticky in places but nothing major. The rear of the sleeve is similar to the front and the misaligned apple looks great! There is some marks and blue paint near the spine - could possibly be removed? The spine has been pinched but is still 100% readable!
PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!!!

Catalogue number - PCS 7088 Number of tracks - 16 (actually 17 but Her Majesty is not credited on sleeve or label!) Released - 1969 Matrix numbers - YEX 749-2     YEX 750-1

As with all the vintage records I sell, I advise a deep clean to enhance the sound quality of the record. Overall, a classic Beatles record that everyone should own!
